​How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place a product in your shopping cart, select style, length, source and quantity, then click the "ADD TO BAG" button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

How long does shipping take?

​

USA: 5-7 business days

Canada: 5-7 business  days

Other International: 10-15 business days (may be greater for some countries)

How do I track my package?

 

You will receive your shipment confirmation via email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your items. 

 

Can I use styling tools on my extensions?

​

Yes you can! A heat protectant product is recommended to be applied before styling.
